Appellate/Appeals

RWO has handled, co-counseled and consulted on numerous appeals before both the state and federal appellate courts. Because our attorneys include seasoned trial lawyers and former appellate law clerks, we understand the complex appellate process and have handled all aspects of appeals including analyzing trial records for appellate issues, drafting and reviewing appellate briefs, and preparing and presenting oral arguments. When needed, members of the appellate practice group will be involved in consultation at the trial level in anticipation of future appellate issues.
