Juli E. Lapin

As a third-generation Coloradan, Juli has strong ties to the Denver community. After law school, Juli clerked for Judge Robert H. McWilliams, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining Jim in the firm, she was a senior shareholder for many years in a large Denver law firm and then worked as division counsel for a large, national homebuilder. These experiences, as well as her extensive service to non-profit organizations, contribute to her unique skills.

Juli practices in the areas of employment law, business and real estate transactions and commercial litigation. She is Martindale-Hubbell® Peer-Review AV-Rated, the highest rating an attorney can achieve, and has been recognized in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
