MARK J. APPLETON
Mark J. Appleton received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wyoming in 1984. He also received his B.A. undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in 1979 as well as obtaining a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado in 1992. Mark is a member of the Colorado and Utah Bar Associations and between undergraduate and law school worked as a registered stockbroker with E. F. Hutton & Company. Mark’s main area of practice is as a civil trial attorney. He has extensive experience in areas of business and commercial litigation including banking, trusts and estates and real estate. He also has experience in federal and state securities and commodities litigation, regulation and broker/dealer litigation and regulation.
