WILLIAM J. BOURKE

William J. Bourke “Bud” graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in 1968 and received his J. D. degree from Northwestern University School of Law in 1974. He specializes in planning for closely-held businesses including entity selection, structure and operation. He provides personal and estate planning services for business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as general business and real estate services to individuals and entities. In addition, Bud has extensive experience in construction law and in the representation of owners, contractors and construction surety companies.
