Richard D. Judd is a graduate of Williams College (A.B. 1962) and the University of Colorado School of Law (J.D. 1965). Dick focuses his practice on the transactional aspects of business and real estate acquisition, development and leasing. His other experience includes environmental regulatory matters which involved, on behalf of one of the world’s largest waste disposal companies, acquiring, siting, and permitting solid waste disposal sites and facilities. He has tried eminent domain cases to both juries and commissions. He has extensive experience in real estate bankruptcies and reorganizations. In the area of real estate financing, he has represented both lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and drafting of complex loan commitments, as well as construction and permanent loan documents. He is a member of the Denver and American Bar Associations.
