CHAD M. MCSHANE

Chad M. McShane graduated magna cum laude from Luther College in 1993 with B.A. degrees in political science and history. He received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1996. Mr. McShane is licensed to practice law in the States of Colorado and Iowa, the Colorado and Iowa U.S. District Courts, and the Eighth and Tenth Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeals. His primary practice area is commercial litigation, including arbitration, trial and appeals, with emphasis on construction litigation and real estate matters.
