JOHN W. O'DORISIO, JR.
John W. O'Dorisio, Jr. graduated cum laude from the University of Denver with a major in Real Estate and Construction Management and received his J. D. degree from the same institution in 1976. He is the firm’s most experienced attorney in corporate and real estate law. He provides counsel in complex and significant commercial real estate transactions to developers, contractors and major lending institutions. In addition, John has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases. John was a member of the Board of Editors of The Denver Law Journal, and has carried those analytical and writing skills into the practice of law. He is a member of the Real Estate and Title Sections of the Colorado Bar Association.
