Antitrust & Competition Law
The RWO antitrust and competition practice group assists our clients in a broad array of industries in significant areas of antitrust and competition law, including FTC and DOJ investigations and litigation; private antitrust litigation including monopolization and tying claims; and trade regulation matters that involve strategic pricing decisions, unfair competition, consumer protection, and patent pools.
In addition to handling litigation, we advise and represent clients on all types of competition issues, including minimum advertised pricing policies and other pricing and competition strategies that can implicate the antitrust laws and state laws governing competition.
Our antitrust attorneys regularly counsel clients on a wide variety of competition issues under state and federal antitrust and competition laws, litigate antitrust and unfair competition disputes in federal and state courts across the country, and assist clients in obtaining federal and state regulatory approval of a variety of proposed transactions.
The RWO Antitrust and Competition Practice Group has the practical experience, substantive knowledge, and industry experience to handle the full range of antitrust and competition matters that face our clients.
