DENVER - Attorney Bryan D. Biesterfeld has joined Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio as a shareholder.
Biesterfeld’s practice will continue to focus on business and non-profit organization law, real estate transactions and estate planning.
Recent transactions in which Biesterfeld has been involved include the development of the ski resort at Northstar in Lake Tahoe, the initial public offering of ModaCad, Inc., the public purchase of the Carolco Pictures film library by Le Studio Canal+ and the purchase and sale of several middle-market private businesses in energy, manufacturing, construction and recreational services sectors. He was also involved in the establishment of a memorial fund benefiting Boulder County non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, Biesterfeld was an attorney at law firms Pendleton Friedberg Wilson & Hennessey P.C. and Sherman & Howard L.L.C.
He is a past member of the Board of Governors of the Colorado Bar Association and currently serves on the legal and real estate committees of The Community Foundation serving Boulder County.
Biesterfeld received his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and German from the University of Denver, summa cum laude, in 1987, and his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles Law School in 1993.
