ROBINSON WATERS & O'DORISIO ADDS
MED-MALPRACTICE LITIGATORS MCCONATY AND ROBINSON

DENVER (April 2, 2009) –The Denver-based law firm, Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, has added medical malpractice litigators Brian McConaty and Bradley Robinson to the firm. 

McConaty's practice will continue to focus on representation of physicians in medical malpractice defense cases, health law and complex trial and appellate law.  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor on the faculty of the University of Colorado School of Medicine.  He lectures both locally and nationally on issues of interest in medicine and law.

Before joining RWO, McConaty was a partner at McConaty & Kresl, P.C.  Additionally, he served as a deputy district attorney in Glenwood Springs and Aspen before becoming a deputy district attorney in Denver.  McConaty also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in Colorado.  He has been representing physicians for over 25 years.

Robinson's practice will continue to emphasize medical malpractice defense, health law, representation of physicians and other healthcare providers before licensing boards, business and corporate law and appellate work.  He is a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute.  Prior to joining RWO, Robinson was a partner at McConaty & Kresl, P.C.
