OPENS OFFICE IN TELLURIDE

DENVER (April 6, 2009) –The Denver-based law firm Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. (RWO) has opened an office in Telluride, Colorado headed by local real estate and corporate lawyer Michael L.  Lynch.

Over the past 20 years, Lynch has represented real estate developers and lenders involved in some of the Western Slope's largest condominium and hotel projects. He also has represented numerous local businesses as corporate counsel, advising owners and boards of directors on day-to-day operations and during sales and acquisitions.

"We will now have a full-service presence on the Western Slope," said John O'Dorisio, RWO's co-managing partner. "Over the years, litigators from our Denver office have had several major cases in Telluride and surrounding communities."
