DENVER (May 9, 2007) – Attorney Bryan Biesterfeld, a shareholder in the full-service law firm Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Community Foundation Serving Boulder County.
The Community Foundation, which manages a variety of funds established by families, individuals and corporations, makes grants to various community organizations and works to improve quality of life in Boulder County while building a culture of giving.
Biesterfeld counsels business organizations and their owners with business and real estate transactions, raising capital, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning. Prior to his 14 years of legal experience, Biesterfeld worked in finance and management for Conoco, Inc.
Biesterfeld graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver where he majored in Business Finance and German, and he received his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1993. Biesterfeld is a past member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Board of Governors and is active in the Boulder community through Boulder United Methodist Mission Partners and the YMCA.
