RWO has one of the most experienced zoning and city planning practices in the state. The practice group is headed by Ronald S. Loser, who served as the Arapahoe County Attorney for 13 years and has been in private practice since 1958 and has addressed a variety of zoning and planning issues for residential builders and developers.
Loser understands the entire zoning and planning process from both the landowner’s and the government’s viewpoint. He and RWO’s zoning and city planning practice group attorneys focus on residential subdivision matters, including negotiating contracts to purchase vacant land, establishing utility service, building infrastructure, and determining setbacks and easements.
