Using his background in business-law, Nick applies his experience to help individuals and companies navigate complex litigation and transactional issues. Working with RWO, Nick is able to bridge both litigation and transactional resources to provide a wide range of solutions to difficult problems. Nick has particular experience with corporate disputes, non-compete and confidentiality disputes, commercial and residential lease disputes, business-law torts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, civil conspiracy, breach of contract cases, fraud and misrepresentation cases, infringement and competition disputes, as well as transactional real estate, commercial real estate and corporate experience.
Prior to joining RWO, Nick worked to develop and form Gentry Global, LLC, a Phoenix-based multi-faceted company that operates a law firm, accounting firm, asset management firm, and non-profit foundation. While working for Gentry Global, Nick focused on entity formation and start-up development.
Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where he served as a Judicial Extern for Hon. Richard B. Caschette in the 18th Judicial District. During law school, Nick received the CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Torts, Criminal Law, and Legal Writing, as well as Dean’s List honors.
Prior to law school, Nick worked with non-profit companies including Partners and Ariel Clinical Services mentoring at-risk youth. This public service earned Nick the City of Steamboat Springs Youth Philanthropist of the Year Award.
